Branch and staff preparation
Branches
For each branch that will take part:
- record its location and opening hours;
- decide which offers are valid there (each offer names its branches);
- register and pair at least one scanner.
Roles
| Role | Give it to |

| Store owner | The person accountable for the store on SPKTRM. Approves and publishes offers, decides disputes, manages staff. |
| Branch manager | Each branch's manager. Runs the branch's till and local offers; approves offers only if the owner delegates it. |
| Cashier | Till staff. They see one screen: the scanner. |
| Marketing | The person who prepares offers, campaigns and content. Cannot publish offers. |
| Analyst (read only) | Anyone who needs reports and nothing else. |
Till procedure
Train every cashier on these rules before the first redemption:
- Choose the right scanner for the branch.
- Type the code from the customer's screen and press Check code.
- Give a discount only when the result is Valid, and only on eligible items.
- Record exactly what the till applied.
- Never accept a voucher the scanner cannot check, including when offline. SPKTRM does not accept vouchers offline.
- When in doubt, use Report this scan or call a manager.
