Is SPKTRM live?
Not yet. SPKTRM is launching in 2027. The player app and store portal are previews on demonstration data.
How do we start?

What does it cost?
Commercial terms are agreed directly with SPKTRM and are not published.
Do we need to connect our till?
No. Staff type the code and record what the till applied. See Integration requirements.
Who decides a disputed redemption?
The store owner, for redemption disputes. SPKTRM decides disputes about its own invoices.
Can we see customers' personal details?
No. Customers appear by masked reference.
