Integration requirements

Stores

SPKTRM does not require a connection to a store's own systems today. Redemption works without one: staff type the voucher code into the store portal, apply the discount on their own till, and record what the till applied.

Point-of-sale (POS) systems	Not available. Needs a POS provider.
Camera scanning	Not available. Needs the scanner device app and the platform backend.
Customer notifications (SMS, push, email)	Not connected. Messages can be composed but are not sent.
Payments and invoicing	Not connected. Invoices are reconciled by hand.

Which devices and browsers will be supported for the store portal and scanners has not been specified yet.

Malls

SPKTRM plans indoor positioning for each mall using Bluetooth beacons, planned, installed and surveyed with the mall. The positioning connection is not live in the preview; player movement is simulated. Installation details are arranged with SPKTRM.

Not decided

Accounting, payout and identity-provider integrations are proposals and have not been decided.
