Offers and vouchers
You can exchange SPX for an offer from a store in the mall. You receive a one-time voucher to show at that store.
The offers in the preview are demonstration data. A store cannot accept a preview voucher, and no real discount is given.
Find an offer
- Open Offers from the bottom bar.
- Use Search offers or stores, the category chips, or Enough points to show only offers you can afford.
- An offer you cannot afford yet shows how many points you are short.
Exchange points for an offer
- Press REDEEM on the offer.
- Read Review exchange: Where, Points required, Available now, Balance after confirming, the Conditions and the Dates.
- Press Confirm · {points}.
Result: Offer added to Wallet. The voucher opens in Wallet.
Points are spent only when you confirm. If the exchange does not go through, the app says The exchange didn't go through. Your points were not spent.
How long a voucher lasts
- Offer ends is the last day you can exchange points for the offer.
- Voucher valid until is the last day the store will accept your voucher: 30 days from confirming, or until the offer ends if that is sooner.
Use your voucher at the store
- Open Wallet → My offers → Ready to use and choose the voucher.
- Press Show QR and show it to the store staff.
- If the QR code cannot be scanned, give the staff the code shown under Code, if the QR won't scan (it looks like
SPK-XXXX-XXXX).
The voucher becomes Used only when the store accepts it at the till — not when you confirm the exchange.
Voucher states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ready to use | Not used yet and not expired. |
| Used | The store has accepted it. It cannot be used again. |
| Expired | Past its expiry date. It can no longer be used. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled, and its points were returned to you. |
When an offer cannot be exchanged
An offer may say it is not live yet, has not started yet, has ended, that The store paused this offer, that it is Fully redeemed, or that today's or this week's limit is reached.
Rate the store
After a voucher is used, you can rate the store once: choose 1–5 stars, add an optional comment and press Submit rating.
