Troubleshooting
Find the message or problem you see, then follow the steps.
Detection unavailable
The scanner shows Detection unavailable when the app has lost its connection, or before the 3D view knows which way you are facing.
- Check your internet connection.
- Wait a moment in the 3D view, or move a little, so the view can settle.
- If it stays unavailable, reload the page. Your points and rewards are kept.
I cannot request a confrontation

A confrontation stopped
If a confrontation is interrupted, it is cancelled for both players and no points change: Your confrontation was interrupted and cancelled. No points changed. You can start another one. See Actions and results.
A reward or voucher problem

| The exchange didn't go through. Your points were not spent. | Try again. No points were taken. |
| This offer can't be exchanged right now. | The offer may have ended, been paused or reached its limit. Choose another offer. |
| The QR code will not show | The voucher shows The QR couldn't be shown. Give the staff the code below. Give staff the code. |
| The store says the voucher is used or expired | Check the voucher's state in Wallet. A used voucher cannot be used again. |
In the preview, stores cannot accept vouchers, so no voucher can be used at a real till.
My session ended

Your points and rewards are safe when your mall session ends.
Everything is gone
The preview saves your player only in this browser. A different browser, a private window, clearing site data or Sign out starts you fresh. This cannot be recovered in the preview.
I am back on the Founders Access page
Your preview access ended or was locked. Enter the Founders Access code again. If it no longer works, contact the person who invited you.
