Store User Guide
The SPKTRM store portal is where a store's team checks and redeems SPKTRM vouchers at the till, and where owners and managers run offers, staff, scanners and reports.
The portal is at app.spktrm.net/store.
The store portal is a preview
The portal is a working preview that runs on demonstration data in your browser:
- There is no real sign-in yet. You choose a development account; nobody enters a password.
- Every figure is demo data. A redemption is a simulated redemption and a recorded discount is a demo-recorded discount — not a real financial transaction.
- Nothing is sent, charged, uploaded to a server or synchronised. A voucher issued in the player app on a phone cannot be seen by the store portal on another device.
- Changes are saved in this browser only. Reset demo data restores the original demo data.

You see only the sections your role can open. A cashier sees one screen: the scanner. See Access and roles.
What is a preview today
Every section works over demo data. Some depend on systems that do not exist yet:

| Notifications (SMS, push, email) | Messages can be composed and scheduled; nothing is sent. A provider is needed. |
| Content and assets | Files are stored in this browser only. A content service is needed. |
| Point-of-sale (POS) integration | Not available. The cashier records what the till applied. |
| Invoices and payments | Shown for review; nothing is charged. No payment provider is connected. |
| Audit logs | Recorded in this browser; not tamper-evident. |

Language
Switch between English and العربية in the top bar. Every screen works in both languages, including right-to-left Arabic and phone-width layouts. Dates and times are in Kuwait time.
