Analytics and reporting
Analytics shows which offers work, when, and where. It follows the branch scope.
Required role: store owner, marketing and analyst; a branch manager for their branches.
Choose what to see
- Choose a range — the last 7 days, or Custom.
- Filter by branch, offer, offer type, cashier or scanner.
- Turn the previous-period comparison on or off.
What is shown
- Redemptions over the period.
- Issued to used — how many issued codes actually get used. Conversion is vouchers issued in this period that were redeemed.
- Offers by redemptions, average discount and repeat customers.
- Branch comparison, with links to the rows each figure counts.

Recorded and estimated figures
- Recorded figures come from the redemption ledger — in the preview, what the demo tills confirmed.
- Estimated figures are labelled as estimates, never as actual. A cap-based ceiling is the most an offer could cost under its caps.
- Basket values are not recorded, so a percentage offer's real cost may be higher than shown.
Go to the records
View these transactions opens Redeemed rewards with the same filters, and a way back. Export summary exports the days on screen. In the preview, exports contain demo data and are not sent anywhere.
