Commercial summary
Commercial summary shows what taking part costs you, and whether it is worth it.
Required role: store owner and analyst. Branch managers do not see commercial figures.

Your promotional cost, by offer and by branch, read from the same ledger as Redeemed rewards:

Figures are shown net of corrections. Branch rows link to the ledger rows they count.
Membership and invoices
Invoices are what your store owes SPKTRM for its membership. They are separate from your own trading.
- Press View invoice to see its lines, the billing entity, status history and payment evidence.
- Print or Download it.
- If something is wrong, press Dispute this invoice. Invoice disputes are decided by SPKTRM.
Nothing here was charged. SPKTRM has no payment provider connected. Plan prices shown in the portal are demonstration values, not an offer of terms.
Plan and entitlements
Plan and entitlements shows your plan, usage against its limits (for example scanners and staff seats), what it includes, and Compare plans. Limits stop only new records; changing plan deletes nothing.
Only the store owner sees Ask SPKTRM about a plan change. It is an enquiry, never a charge.
