Content and assets
Content and assets holds your logo, offer images and campaign artwork.
Required role: store owner or marketing.
- Press Add a file. Offer images must be PNG, JPEG or WebP and at least 600 × 400 pixels.
- Add alt text in English and Arabic.
- When the upload finishes, press Approve to make it ready for offers. If an upload fails, press Retry upload.
Preview
Files are stored in this browser only; there is no content service yet. Basic content (logo and offer images) is part of every plan; advanced content is Not yet available.
Notifications
Compose a message to customers in an audience segment.
Required role: store owner or marketing to compose; branch managers can view.
- Choose the channel. Each channel shows its limits — for SMS, how many segments the message uses (one Arabic letter changes the encoding).
- Choose an audience. The estimate shows how many people it reaches, and how many are left out for opting out or having no consent for the channel.
- Schedule it, press Save and review, then Confirm and schedule.
Preview — nothing is sent
No SMS, push or email provider is connected. Notifications are composed and queued, and delivery is simulated. Compose a message now and it is ready to go out the day a provider is connected.
