Devices and integrations
Devices and integrations lists the scanners your branches use, and what they are connected to. A branch can redeem only with a paired, connected scanner.
Required role: store owner to register, pair and revoke scanners. Branch managers can view their branches' scanners.
Register and pair a scanner
- Press Register scanner, name it and choose its branch. The serial number is optional.
- Press Register and get a code. Registering creates the record and a pairing code; the scanner can redeem only after it pairs.
- Press Pair and enter the code on the scanner before it expires (15 minutes in the preview).
Result: the scanner shows Paired, then Ready once it reports. If the code expires, press Issue a new code. A wrong code is recorded and changes nothing.
There is no physical device in the preview, so you type the code as the scanner would, or press Use the code shown. Pairing and heartbeats here are simulated. Nothing on this page verifies real hardware.
Check a scanner
Press Details and checks to see pairing, connection, software version and scan counts, with every check listed.

| Offline | Check power and network, then open the till on it. |
| No branch | Assign it to a branch. |
| Branch closed | Redemption resumes when the branch opens. |
| Store restricted | The store is restricted by SPKTRM. See the notice at the top. |
| Revoked | A revoked scanner cannot be restored. Register a new one. |
Press Report a problem to open a support case with the scanner and branch filled in.
Revoke a scanner
Revoke a lost or replaced scanner. It can no longer redeem, and the revocation is kept in its history.
