Home and work queue
Home answers one question: Is today going well, and is anything wrong? It follows the branch scope in the top bar.
Required role: any role except cashier.
Today at this store
- Status for Account, Operations and Scanners — for example 2 of 3 connected — each linking to what needs fixing.
- Needs attention — offers waiting for your approval, open disputes, support cases waiting on you, redemptions needing a decision, invited people who have not signed in, and readiness requirements stopping offers from being published.
- Live offers, and offers Waiting for approval, not live. A waiting offer is never counted as live.
- Discount recorded today and recent redemptions, read from the redemption ledger.
- Budget and exposure — an estimated ceiling from each live offer's daily cap, and the discount the demo tills recorded today. An offer without a cap has no ceiling, and says so.
Work queue
The Work queue lists tasks created from your records — approve an offer, reply to a case, pair a scanner, investigate a signal — each with its owner, due time and a link to the exact record.
- Filter by Status, Owner (Mine, Unassigned, Anyone) or Kind.
- Press Open to go to the record.
- Complete the work there. Tasks close themselves when the record no longer needs anyone — for example, pairing the scanner closes its pairing task.
Use Start to show you are working on a task, or Assign to… to hand it to someone.
