Ratings and reputation
Ratings and reputation shows what customers said after they actually redeemed.
Required role: store owner, branch manager (their branches), marketing and analyst can view. Replying needs edit access on Ratings (owner or marketing).
How ratings work
A rating requires a completed redemption and is allowed once per code. Merchants cannot add, edit or remove a rating — that is what makes the number worth reading. The count, average and distribution all come from the same reviews.
Read reviews
Filter by stars or by reply status (for example, awaiting a reply). Each review shows its stars, comment, branch and offer.
Reply
- Press Reply publicly on a review.
- Write your reply. It is shown next to the review.
- Save.
Report an abusive review
Press Report as abusive and say why a moderator should look at it. You cannot remove a review, and neither can SPKTRM without a decision on the record.
